This is not a sleep training program.
It’s about supporting you through newborn care, understanding your baby, and gently setting up healthy sleep foundations that will support better sleep as your baby grows. During your personalised phone consultation, we’ll walk through feeding, settling, sleep, wake windows, routines, and your baby’s cues — all tailored to your baby and your family. There’s no pressure to “fix” anything. Just calm, expert guidance so you feel confident in what you’re doing.
You’ll also receive the Surviving the Fourth Trimester online guide, packed with practical newborn care education and video demos you can refer back to anytime.
What makes this program different is the ongoing support. You’ll have unlimited support for 5 days, with continued check-ins and guidance in the weeks that follow so you’re never left second-guessing yourself.
