When you book a phone consultation with Calm Babies, you’re choosing fully personalised, expert support tailored to your baby, yourfamily, and your situation. We’ll spend time understanding your baby’s age, temperament, feeding, routines, and what’s actually happening day-to-day.
From there, you’ll receive a clear, gentle plan that feels realistic and supportive, never overwhelming. What makes this different is the ongoing support.
You’ll have unlimited access for 5 full days to ask questions, troubleshoot, and get reassurance as you implement the plan. Support then continues in the weeks that follow, so you’re never left wondering if you’re doing it right.
This consultation also includes the 3-5 Month Guide- Thriving through the four month sleep regression, so you have everything in one place to refer back to whenever you need.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
Our swaddle comes with a 12-month warranty against defects and faults. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the swaddle has any fault from manufacture. Calm Babies does not cover any accidental damage, or fair wear and tear.
Please contact calmbabies@gmail.com if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Calm Babies prior to sending the item(s) back. Any package returned without a valid Return Authorization issued by Calm Babies clearly marked on the outside of the box, will be refused. You will be responsible for any shipping costs on returns.
Unfortunately – we cannot provide refunds or returns for change of mind or for used swaddles as this poses hygiene issues.

How can I place an order?
Placing an order is quick and easy. Simply browse our online store, select the products you desire, and add them to your cart. Proceed to the checkout process, where you'll provide your shipping and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, we'll take care of the rest.

Digital Products, Online Guides, Downloads & Consultations
All purchases of digital products, online guides, downloadable resources, sleep plans, consultations, and other digital services are final.
Due to the nature of these products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchases
- Failure to use the product or service
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes
- Circumstances outside of our control
- Partially used products or services
- Missed consultations or appointments
By purchasing any digital product, download, guide, sleep plan, or consultation from Calm Babies, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.
Calm Swaddle Exchange Policy
For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for Calm Swaddles due to change of mind.
However, we may offer an exchange if:
- The Calm Swaddle is unopened.
- The original packaging remains sealed and in resalable condition.
- The exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product and the shipping costs of the replacement item.
Calm Babies reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been opened, used, washed, damaged, or returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold.
Faulty Products
If your Calm Swaddle arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, Calm Babies will provide a replacement product or another remedy as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Photos and details of the fault may be requested to assist with the assessment.
