This package includes your newborn online guide as well as phone support. Elevate your Calm Babies experience with our exclusive Phone Consultation, ideal for new parents seeking extra support. As a qualified Mothercraft nurse and sleep consultant, I provide personalized guidance that complements your exploration of our comprehensive online guide.

In our consultation, we’ll cover your newborn’s unique needs, including:

• Feeding
• Changing
• Burping
• Sleeping
• Bathing

Together, we’ll craft a flexible ‘feed-play-sleep’ schedule tailored to your family’s routine. I’ll help you optimize your baby’s sleep environment, answer any feeding or lactation questions, and provide an overview of the Calm Babies Newborn Guide, including my signature bedtime routine.

Post-Consultation Support:
After our consultation, you’ll receive 5 days of unlimited support to address any questions or concerns, available from 9 am to 7 pm. This ongoing support gives you added confidence and reassurance as you care for your newborn.

Additionally, I offer two follow-up calls over the next three weeks after the initial support period, ensuring you have all the guidance you need as you and your baby settle into new routines. 

With this add-on, you’ll have expert support and personalized strategies to help you navigate these first few months with ease.
